When I came to pick up the car, the lady at the register basically looked like she was busy with 1 million other things and just gave me the total amount owed. I would think that someone would ask if we had any questions about the service or recall. Nothing was mentioned. I save around $30 at my local garage for an oil change.

Service by everyone was very good. Ryan was the person with whom we dealt most - he was having trouble with his internet connection and was gracious during the delay. Ryan did not stop being entirely courteous and helpful the entire time he was dealing with my wife and me. Did you think someone else helped us maybe because Ryan had to use another employee’s tablet or net address?

I have been a customer of Faulkner Toyota for over 20 years. I love my 2005 Corolla, and I love the treatment that it receives from Faulkner. I have always found the managers, the associates, the technicians, the cashiers, the salespeople and the mechanics to always be professional, friendly, very well experienced. The facility is always clean and welcoming.
