I was scheduled for a 1:30 oil change. I arrived at 1:20, but the car wasn’t finished until almost 4pm. Over 2 hours and I didn’t get the car washed as I always have in the past. If you are short staffed, maybe making fewer appointments would help. At least explain to the customer that it would take a long time up front

The headlight I was told was fixed is not fixed. So when I got out on the interstate this weekend it was very difficult to see. On my way home from the shop (less than 10 miles) the emissions system problem light came back on. And then went back off again 160 miles later. I am just waiting for the car to turn itself off again and praying the reset actually fixed that problem. I do not need a call. I will have someone else fix the light and let you know if the car starts acting up more. Thank you.
