The service that was performed did not correct the issue with our AWD fault . The technician wrote that the tests passed and they still recommended a $143 repair. I will be bringing it back in for further troubleshooting

Sloppy, didn’t tell us how long they expect to have our car to wait on parts until the next day, after I called 3 times. 2nd time the “car wash” has bent our license plate over, maybe you guys should do something about that instead of running vehicles through it. Sloppy

You need someone answering your phones and you could double you money! Called multiple times for an appointment and some messages were not followed up on and one finally was two days later. Only reason you received our business is because we showed up in person to make the appointment and my mother believes in technicians being trained for the product they work on. Everything beyond the appointment being set was great though! We will be back but please answer the phone i don't have time to make it online or in person.

I literally just bought this car in October 2025. I bought it as a certified preowned with 128 point inspection. And it is amazing car. I used to come to Honda all the time until some things happen that I felt were slightly untrustworthy with my cars. When I bought this car and brought it back to Montana, I decided since it was a 2020 Honda passport I would try again. The first visit I spoke to the young man and said I would just like everything to be on the up and up and I’m just getting an oil change. Got my oil changed and had been recommended that I replaced the brake fluid. I said I would do it next time. I took it to my mechanic that works on all my other cars and asked him to replace and swap out the brake fluid so he removed all the brake brake fluid and replaced it. So I came in today for an oil change only the second one. And I got a recommendation of $1072 worth of services. One including switching out the brake fluid. The staff members reasoning for this was that they didn’t see it had been done. But clearly your technicians are not actually looking at the vehicle. They’re not asking questions. They’re not doing their due diligence. And if you have to look at a computer to know what you need to do with my car there’s a problem. I’m reaching out to the Honda dealership I bought the car from to ask how I can report this location for these things. This is very very, very shady service and I’m not even sure I can trust the Honda in Billings with any of my cars. Again, if you’re recommending service on parts that your technicians have not even looked at on the vehicles that come in there that is very fraudulent service. Very fraudulent service so to be honest, I was not at all satisfied. And actually, I’m more concerned about my vehicle now that I’ve had it in your shop.
