I had commented in the past that your service advisors didn't ever mention any coupons or deals going on. One guy even seemed bothered that I had found one on your website Today I came in with a coupon from your website and Kyle found one better. That is true customer service. I will definitely recommend your service department to others.

Brought vehicle in to swap snow tires and balance. I was told vehicle was ready and asked about balancing- it hadn’t been done. I was also told everything was fine with my vehicle. They took it back again and did the balancing this time. The service tech came back and said oh you have tire damage. I asked why that was missed the first time and she said she wasn’t sure and it would be nearly $400 to replace the tire. + $170 for an alignment. I said I didn’t have time for that today and I was told we’ll just don’t hit any curbs with the tire. I drove the vehicle back to Red Lodge - 60 miles. I stopped at two different tire shops in town independently. They pointed out fresh marks on the rim, and they suspected that the tire was damaged in the shop. The second place I stopped told me I shouldn’t be driving on that vehicle and they stopped and put my spare tire on immediately. Both places couldn’t believe I was told it was ok to drive on.They looked up what a tire would cost and their amount came to $232. They said they would check to see if it needed an alignment after the new tire, but didn’t feel like there was really any need for one. I am fairly confident all my tires were in good shape when I came to Underriner today and I strongly do feel that my tire was damaged in your shop. This is my second poor experience, and I will no longer be doing business with Underriner. If I need specific Honda work - I will travel to Bozeman.

Yesterday, I took my car for regular maintenance and had the oil changed, along with the replacement of the engine air filter and cabin filter. After leaving the mechanic, I noticed that the check engine light had turned on while crossing the road. I immediately returned to the mechanic, who resolved the issue at 12:36 pm, but I was not informed about the cause or solution. Unfortunately, the check engine light reappeared less than 10 hours later, I had a checked it, I have an air leak

We, my wife Lois and I had our battery fail on US Route 12 about 50 miles east of Roundup, the owners manual advised we not turn off the car, the nearest dealership was in Billings. The service team worked us into a busy schedule, replaced the battery after a thorough inspection, noted tire wear and a worn front brake, we allowed the brake should also be repaired. From noon until our departure at 5:30, we enjoyed the attention of service rep, Kyle Robinson and sales person Loren. Location of a Costco and a Montana Club nearby provided pleasant diversions as we waited.

This is my second experience with Cheryl. I find her extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and provides a response and remedy for the situation. Cheryl is wonderful. I think Honda could have done a better job with the car’s electronic - CarPlay and the camera being in the emblem is a terrible design. Wish I kept my Subaru.

If they had told me about the oil pan right away when I went in for the oil change before they did it I would have waited until the part came in. I ended up having to pay for it twice in one week. I don’t think I will be getting work done there anymore.

Do not contact me! I am extremely displeased with the service I was provided. The only way I knew what was going on with my vehicle was by calling in myself. Constant passing of the buck is all I got. I was told the work was gone on my car but the service manager was going to be contacted about additional repairs that was need that the previous service advisor failed to tell me about which was a “known” issue and why he was no longer employed there. Still no information until I called to ask for myself. But it was a Saturday so of course no answer. So I drive in to town to ask about my car since I need to be at work the next day. I was given a loaner because a repair that should have already been done was now being said that it wasn’t done and they were waiting on parts. This was the second chance that I was giving Underriner and I had worse service. I will never do business with Underriner and will not own a Honda because I can’t understand why the Honda brand would be okay with the way this lot is treating customers. I have contacted my attorney about what has happened and am moving forward with the phone calls to BBB and the Honda corporate office. I have also been telling family and friends to not use Underriner that the drive to Bozeman will be a better option as the local group is awful at communicating and standing up for what is right. I don’t expect free services I am happy to pay for what I am getting but in this case you could have saved a Honda brand loyal customer had there been any attempt at making it right. But I waited on hold for over an hour to hear there is nothing I can do because it wasn’t diagnosed. So the Underriner Honda game of adding extra trips to the shop for repair and extra charges because you can.
