I called to ask why they didn’t rotate the tires when they did the alignment. The lady told me the next time I’m in town call and they will rotate the tires. I can do that. I live in Columbus. Over all I think the service was good!! Thanks!

Vehicle was serviced Tuesday had to take it back because of mirror issue that was replaced then found out it needed a cabin filter and engine filter replaced. These should have been replaced at Tuesday service. Had to wait a long time as well. We travel a long distance to come to your service and it wasn’t good. I will say Jonathan was very good though.

you did not service my Honda. I was told by the parts dept that programing a second key fob would only take minutes (no appt necessary) so I drove in from north of Roundup and when I arrived I was told 4 hours was the soonest you could get to me.....I did not have 4 hours to spend so I headed home without a second key fob..... Very disappointing

There was grease on my front seat. They got into my glove compartment and left stuff all out on my floor and seat. I was shocked. It looked like a mess.
