Cheryl was fantastic! However, it is nearly impossible to reach the service department at Underriner Honda by phone. The frustration of trying to contact the service department to schedule my appointment has me seriously reconsidering my purchase and continued loyalty to Underriner

Ever since I have brought my vehicles here for service they’ve always been washed. My truck was not washed yesterday. Historically if there are service discounts, the service person applies those to my bill automatically they were not yesterday. Apparently I have to get online and figure out what discounts or coupons are available and request those. That seems like a little bit of a gotcha

I was told that the warranty work could not be done and that we needed a $1200 srs module repair because the light was on. We had had an auxiliary plug short fixed over the previous weekend. Our SRS light was not reset at the dealership, that we are aware of, and it’s now off…likely due to the repair to the auxiliary plug in the electrical system. We now need to reschedule the warranty repair to the airbag system.

Coming from out of town to have our Honda serviced, we appreciate them taking us in before our appointment time and completing the service well before our expectations. The video review of was very helpful to us. Although we spent much more than we anticipated due to other maintenance issues which were called to our attention, we appreciate the thoroughness of their review. Thank you.

It’s frustrating to sit and wait for 2 hours only to find out it’s the wrong part. A part which I had to pay for in advance. I waited a week for the part as it is. Now Ii have to wait another 4 days and pray the right part comes !! I have a long drive to Arizona with the glovebox hanging open banging into the passengers knees!! I don’t think I should wait and do it down in Arizona!!! I don’t have time when I am trying to move in a new house! I don’t think it’s fair to have to wait and try to find a Honda in Tucson how many weeks after paying for the part and waiting weeks for it in Billings MT. I feel it should be there Friday as promised and get a discount on the labor at the least!! 2 hours when I could’ve been packing!! How does it take 2 hours to figure out it’s the wrong part?! My car is a Honda civic. I bought the car from this Honda dealership. I trusted they’d know which part I need for a glove box latch!! I’m on limited time due to moving in less than a week. I’d expect better from Honda.

Cheryl did a great job and so did the tech. Problem solved. No more beep from a software notice update and if it happens again I will know what to do!
