Only complaint is that the car wash left terrible water spots on my car. I'm having trouble getting the spots off so heading to a car wash.

Had hard time getting service to answer took two days calling.got a bit disturbed but once I was there it was quick and very nice.you have all new people.ive been going to you nearly 5 years this was the first time I couldn't get to service to make appointment.ive always been happy with your people and service.i do hope answering the phone can improve.got to them but just ring and rang.all inall I'm happy .thx

Cheryl was lovely through the while process. She remembered my work schedule, and stayed late to make sure I got a loaner while my car was being worked on. Kept me up to date, and made sure I was taken care of. Cheryl made the repair process with my Honda less stressful.
I just had an oil change and today my car is leaking oil. I will contact the service dept. My car has never leaked anything. Thank you
Cheryl was prompt and very professional. Her kindness was greatly appreciated. I was also served by Lauren & Mitch (?). I tried multiple times to make an appointment for a service today. I was never able to get through on the phone. Once transferred, the phone just rang.. waited at least twenty rings… this happened twice. I also attempted to schedule through the chat system on the website-to no avail. So, I finally just decided to turn up. Mitch & Lauren said they would make it happen & Cheryl and the service team followed through! I am extremely grateful!!! Also, Lauren organized Don with the courtesy shuttle to take me & my mom to Costco so we could do our shopping at the same time. Thank you Honda service team for this exceptional experience & your commitment to the Underriner Team.
What impressed me the most was the service manager kept me updated throughout the two days on the progress on the maintenance items. Great Job. Thank you.

My car was left dirty in an hew places after the service. There were dirty fingerprints all over the new side view mirrors that were installed. The inside driver’s side window, the inside of the driver’s side windshield, and the dash/steering wheel areas were dirty as if some type of spray got on them. I just don’t think the technician cared about washing his hands before touching the mirrors, or about getting whatever liquid that was used sprayed on my car then not wiping it off. Also, I am perplexed about the mechanism that was hanging down by wires that the tech said “fell out” from under the dash. I checked into it and the piece that was supposed to increase gas mileage was plugged into a receptical that was directly under the steering wheel. The whole thing is gone, so that must be what was hanging down by the wires. I am checking with the dealership where I bought the car after this Easter weekend to see what they think. Also, when I called to make my appointment the man I talked to said that the recalled part should take care of problems I’ve had with my stereo system sometimes not having any audio. That problem has continued and I get messages saying such on the screen. I don’t think the technician even checked that. I’m just not very pleased with the service received this time and may just drive further to Casper for service from now on.
