This is my second experience with Cheryl. I find her extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She listens to my concerns and provides a response and remedy for the situation. Cheryl is wonderful.
I think Honda could have done a better job with the car’s electronic - CarPlay and the camera being in the emblem is a terrible design. Wish I kept my Subaru.

If they had told me about the oil pan right away when I went in for the oil change before they did it I would have waited until the part came in. I ended up having to pay for it twice in one week. I don’t think I will be getting work done there anymore.

Do not contact me! I am extremely displeased with the service I was provided. The only way I knew what was going on with my vehicle was by calling in myself. Constant passing of the buck is all I got. I was told the work was gone on my car but the service manager was going to be contacted about additional repairs that was need that the previous service advisor failed to tell me about which was a “known” issue and why he was no longer employed there. Still no information until I called to ask for myself. But it was a Saturday so of course no answer. So I drive in to town to ask about my car since I need to be at work the next day. I was given a loaner because a repair that should have already been done was now being said that it wasn’t done and they were waiting on parts. This was the second chance that I was giving Underriner and I had worse service. I will never do business with Underriner and will not own a Honda because I can’t understand why the Honda brand would be okay with the way this lot is treating customers. I have contacted my attorney about what has happened and am moving forward with the phone calls to BBB and the Honda corporate office. I have also been telling family and friends to not use Underriner that the drive to Bozeman will be a better option as the local group is awful at communicating and standing up for what is right. I don’t expect free services I am happy to pay for what I am getting but in this case you could have saved a Honda brand loyal customer had there been any attempt at making it right. But I waited on hold for over an hour to hear there is nothing I can do because it wasn’t diagnosed. So the Underriner Honda game of adding extra trips to the shop for repair and extra charges because you can.
I was traveling through Billings when my oil life light came on and Cheryl got me right in and back on the road. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy.
We have a 2024 Honda pilot with Honda service pass and had to pay to 64;95 for the first oil change that is supposed to be covered fist 2 yr or 24000 miles we are not happy can’t believe a honorable dealer would do this
The main service was done satisfactory, the matter of a request for no vehicle wash after the service was not fulfilled.
Cheryl did a great job in a very tuff situation where my vehicle was damaged while in for service. Cheryl did an amazing job in defusing the potentially awful day for the customer.

Only complaint is that the car wash left terrible water spots on my car. I'm having trouble getting the spots off so heading to a car wash.
