Cheryl is great and made sure I did not get service suggested to me by another tech when I first arrived for my appointment. She looked up the history of my car service and told me this particular service was done on my car at my last appointment. She is great and a great employer who looks out for customers.

Kyle was great! He listened and it was a great experience. I have had a couple of the ear I g lights that have always just stayed on ever since I had the car. Every time I come, I tell them but they have never been fixed - until yesterday. I have a prosthetic leg and Kyle went outside with me to see where my car was parked. It was a little distance. He went and drove the car to me. Thank you, Kyke, for your outstanding customer service!

Kyle was amazing to work with. He helped us with our car extended warranty and saved us a tone of money. He also was a great communicator. Gave us updates when we needed but was not contacting us to much either. Best experience we have had with underriner and it was all becuase of him.

Scott did an excellent job on my running boards and they look so much better. He took my vehicle in very quickly in the morning and I was on the road an hour later. Thank you for the fast quick grest job.

Had to come back because they didn’t put burn out bulb in car! I told men service advisor that Would you like to know what had been done to to Honda? He said no didn’t need it! So you can image when their recommendation things for service was 7000.00 dollars ! Four the things were already done. The timing belt, transmission flush it’s a two wheel drive should need a 4x4 diff flush. When I got home didn’t reset oil for log to 100% . I realize that thing suggest fixes! Really upsetting it felt like everything was about commission and bad communication putting undo stress on my wife and I. Will not be back or recommend this felt like a money grab. Ted K

Service was on spot with the communication, I received my text for checking in and on the inspection, and they paid attention to my request for no car wash after service. Kyle called as soon as my vehicle was ready and offered to pick me up himself, which allowed me to pickup my vehicle when I was free to do so with no interruptions to my work schedule. Thank you for your focus and customer respect, it goes a long way to sustain satisfaction and return of service request.

On the last visit we were told we needed an alignment and a new battery - $500 some dollars and we did not get either service from Underriner. Took the car to the tire shop and it did not need alignment. This time battery was good - (we did not replace it), but we need $800 worth of fluid service. After the last visit recommending alignment (not needed) and new battery (good at this visit), I do not have a lot of faith in what is recommended for service and certainly won’t spend the $833 quoted on this visit.

It was great service. My skid plate came loose and I had to have it removed while I was out of town but got right in the next day. Cheryl was very professional and texted and advised me that my oil was at 60% and advised that I should wait until it was 16-20%. She didn’t try to upsale me. I really appreciate that. We bought our CRV from Underriner’s 7 years ago and have never had it serviced anywhere else.
