I had an appointment for 3:00 to have them check some things I thought were warranty issues. 2 1/2 hours later, I was told a new seat was ordered and all other issues I was concerned about were "normal". My first experience with your service department was very disappointing!

Kyle did a good job on the fix of adding brake fluid. I don’t think there would have been a problem if previous service jobs would have checked and added fluid. The last service checked the coolant level and left the cap off without adding fluid. BAD SERVICE!!!

The work performed was under warranty. We were given a loaner for the almost two weeks it took to resolve the issue. Kyle explained what had to be done and did everything he said he would do.

I spent about 2hours waiting for an oil change only to find out it had already been done. They did add air to a low tire and check out the battery cables. All at no charge, which was nice.
