Scott communicated with me on an issue I was having with my sun roof, had my oil changed, and he had my car washed. I like the new plastic over the seat and paper cover over the floor mat to protect my seat and floor. It looks like Underriner is back to the service quality I had come to expect. I am very happy with the people at Honda Underriner and the work that was done on my vehicle. There was one thing that was missed on my car, so I called and talked to Cheryl Trotter. She checked into it while I was on the phone and immediately said it would be made right if I could come back in. Everything was taken care of; Cheryl was very helpful & professional. Thank you!
