You need to FIRE EVERYONE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH TODAY ESPECIALLY KYLE AND THE WORTHLESS SLUG WHO SUPPOSEDLY PERFORMED AN OIL CHANGE. LESS THAN 4 MILES FROM PICKING UP CAR, THE CHECK ENGINE CAME ON, THE ECO MODE NO LONGER WORKS, THE OIL LEVEL BARELY REGISTERS ON THE DIPSTICK, OIL IS OOZING OUT OF THE OIL FILTER, THERE IS MORE OIL DRIPPED EVERYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT I AM FURIOUS AND I AM CONSIDERING FILING A POLICE REPORT. This is CRIMINAL!!! MY FRONT LICENSE PLATE IS WARPED AND TWISTED, PAINT IS SCRAPED OFF MY FRONT BUMPER AND THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE. KYLE LIED AND TOLD ME AUTOZONE CHARGES $30 TO DELIVER PART. THEY HAVE TO COME TOW MY CAR TO TGE SHOP, I AM NOT DRIVING IT WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. It wasn't on when I brought it in!!! Please CALL ME IMMEDIATELY ****-****-xxxx!

Although the repairs were completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner, I found it in poor taste that it was suggested that my children may have been the cause of the misalignments on the interior that were in need of adjusting. Tact goes a long way.

It took over 1 hour, and a half for an oil change, that was scheduled. Cheryl was a good nice person. Just thought it was a little long. Trust you guys for working on my car.
