We were extremely satisfied with Cheryl Trotter’s courteousness, friendliness, and professionalism. Our vehicle was turned in on Tuesday morning and by that afternoon, I received a text with the estimated cost for repairs. I responded and expected to have the repairs done sometime on Wednesday. I called and talked with Cheryl on Wednesday afternoon and she informed me that the technician had encountered some difficulties and the vehicle would not be ready on Wednesday. On Thursday I called Cheryl and she informed me that the vehicle might not be ready by COB on Thursday. I informed Cheryl of my predicament and needed the repairs completed on Thursday. Cheryl said she would do what she could. Apparently, Cheryl called in reinforcements and called me about 4:30 pm on Thursday that the repairs would be completed by COB Thursday. We are very grateful that Cheryl took decisive action and we were able to get our vehicle back on Thursday. In our opinion, Cheryl deserves kudos and numerous “atta-girls”, if not a promotion and pay raise!!????

You appear under staffed in the shop. I had a significant wait but luckily I didn’t have anything pressing that day. Otherwise, my oil change went smooth.

Kyle and your tech did a great job getting the vehicle back on the road plus Kyle was top notch to work with I love all Honda products I still have a 1979 Honda cb 750 f with 5000 miles on it and had plenty of dirt bike's back in the day thank's again Robert G
