I had an appointment at 8:30 to get my vehicle looked at. I told staff multiple times I would need the vehicle by 2 pm and was told it should be done by noon. I called multiple times with no response and ended up having to bring the truck back. It was not done until almost 5pm. This was wildly inconvenient and I am not even sure what the point of making an appointment was.

Kyle was very professional and explained things that needed to be actioned. He was a strong advocate for getting the car repaired and ready to resume safe Long distance travel. He kept me informed of the progress in an exceptional manner. I enjoyed interacting with him and highly recommend him for recognition for his efforts.

We broke down on the side of I90 and had to be towed in. We were contacted immediately the next morning and were kept up to date on the whole service process. We were back on the road by noon that day! Your whole team did an excellent job and we thank your whole service department. Cheryl did a great job keeping us informed! Thank you all.
