Cheryl was down to earth and personable. I was early for my appointment and the service staff were busy helping other customers. She apologized (sincerely) about the wait. I wasn’t bothered at all with the minute wait because i could see they were busy. Her actions said that she even tho she was busy, she was aware of her customers. I appreciated that she made me feel like i was the only one who mattered. Impressed by the changes/improvements in the service department. Well done:). Ty

I brought my vehicle in and got new tires oil change new battery and some other stuff done with the fluids and then brought it home put it in my garage. Went to use it the next day and it wouldn’t start. It took me a day and a half to get somebody here to get started and then, that engine light was on and the TCS light was on and they said the mechanic said it was on when it came in and I said it wasn’t it wasn’t on when it came in but if it was, why didn’t they fix it so I took it back. It stayed there for a day and a half. They still hadn’t got to work on it so I brought it home. I am very unsatisfied with your work and I will never do business with you guys again

Kyle helped me with my oil change appointment. He was very kind and patient, when I was dropping off my car someone had shopping bags in hand wanting to put them in their unfinished vehicle, he let the person know he'd put them in their vehicel, another employee came over and was gonna do it but Kyle let them know there was no need and he would take care of it for the customer. Kyle made sure to help everyone in a timely manner. When I returned for my vehicle, there had been quite a few people coming in at once, and he was the only one attending to all 5 of us. I noticed he tried to make sure each person felt like they weren't rushed and respectfully he ask how my day was. I feel like he does deserve some recognition bc I know it isn't easy sometimes dealing with certain individuals and from drop off to pick up he did his best in showing everyone even coworkers he wanted to help them well he pushed the busy day with a good attitude.

Kyle was great and I think the service was good, but every time I get work done there I wish they would vacuum the car. I think I want the Master Lube treatment.

Wait time to check in was long, there was 3 people standing to get help. Waited 1 1/2 hrs for oil change.then they came to me with an issue I agreed to have done, which took another 30mins. I've had better service in the past.
