Since I bought this car I have been having issues with my iPhone and the CRV not working correctly. His answer was it’s a problem with the iPhone, contact Apple. The reason for my visit was bolts being too tight for the local oil change business couldn’t get the skid plate off. So I asked him if he made sure to not tighten them that much again. He said he could get them off fine. Son I am not confident that I’m not going to have the same issue next time. He was arrogant and rude.

Cheryl was very pleasant, professional and helpful. I haven’t been to your service center for a couple of years because of how I had been treated. I came back because I had read there was a new service manager. I was very happy to be able to come back where I feel I’m getting good service and treated with respect.

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation… Kyle is a pleasant likable man, but while our van was finished and sitting on the curb in our sight, Kyle spent 30 minutes chatting about his home and girlfriend in California with another customer…. We eventually went to the service manager to get our vehicle. In fairness some of this may have been due to online payment process.

Despite a promise to follow up with me the next day … no word. So I called the day after, to ask about the status of the planned repair. Got another promise that Kyle would call me back. Guess what. Nothing. Now I’m headed into the weekend, unable to plan for what I need to do, until Monday. And then what? I have to try again to chase him down?
