We had a 10 o’clock appointment and for a 4 hour job and they hadn’t even started working on it when we got back at 2 o’clock. Disappointed!

Kyle is amazing and always tries to do right for the customer. I have had 2 awesome experiences with him when I have taken my car in and he has exceeded my expectations. I have dealt with other service specialists there, and was not happy with our experience. Kyle has turned that around.

I had a noise that would come go and so called set up appointment that morning .The morning of my appointment got in my car and no noise but I thought I should at least let him know and he said they check it out anyways. So I called to check on my car and Cheryl answered and pretty starting telling me she doesn't understand why if the noise wasn't there that morning. I explained what happened I could tell she wasn't happy. The second time was Thursday dropped it off I belive the noise gone. Thursday I called to see when it might be done the told by the end of the day I happen to drive by and see it parked out front. Yes was upset! My daughter had her Cancer checkup I was pretty rude to parts guy and I very sorry for that. I love Honda . I am not saying Cheryl isn't a good worker and I know we all get stressed. I know when my car got serviced my car was always washed. Not big deal maybe that has changed!
