Appreciate Kyle's communication on when the vehicle would be ready when it was going to be close to an all day fix. He let me know early in the afternoon that it would be ready anytime after 4! I didn't expect it to be ready until the morning. He got me in quickly and told me the plan and it went better then expected!

The guy that checked me in was anything BUT friendly. Not professional and acted like I was an ant he could step on at any minute. Then when I asked about it being ok to have my dog in the car, he told me no and if he found one pet hair, I was being charged a cleaning fee. Then we found many little white pet hair. There was one call about my car, by Cheryl after I dropped it off on Thursday. I returned the call and left a message. Friday I called to get an update. Cheryl told me they couldn’t get my door to do what I said it did. I explained I wasn’t that worried about the door. Mostly the brake light that was coming on and I really needed my car because I couldn’t drive the loaner out the dirt road my client lived on. That was around 1:. She said she would have them call me. No call. Monday morning, I had to have my client that is having serious issues with his eyes drive down to meet me, so I could drive him to his appointment in Billings.
Monday I called and was told Cheryl was on another line and would call me back. No call.
Finally, I got my car back today.
Your sales team Brandi and Doug were awesome, but I would never have bought this vehicle if I knew I had to deal with this kind of a service team.
Your service manager was the best I’ve worked with at your dealership did an outstanding job of keeping me informed the progress was being made and was a true professional. You need to hang onto this guy.
Cheryl and all the others I talked to today were great! I think even Mr. Bill Underreiner said hi to me and asked if he could help me with anything as I was perusing the coffee and refreshment center in the waiting area. Very nice gentleman with a big sincere smile.

They got it all messed up did not have my part for the air bag recall which I had saved last month when I called they said it would be there this complaint was made to the service mgr I took a day of work to do this it cost me a lot of time and $$$
