The employees I interacted with on drop-off and pickup were both very polite and helpful with any questions I had. I particularly liked the digital updates I got where I could approve or deny stuff to be fixed, along with video explanations of what was found.

The interior of the car had oily dirt on the steering wheel, the plastic was left on the seat and a dirty oily floor mat . Check the oil level and it was over filled A simple oil change took over one hour and fifteen minutes

The quality of my warranty issue was not good. In fact, I will be back to have it redone. The plastic and paper used by the service department was on the floor. This is my 2nd experience with Underriner Hondas service department and I am not impressed!

Unlike the previous Honda dealer that I received “service” from in Portland, I was listened to by Underriner and the work done was what I expected and actually needed. I felt appreciated by the staff and feel confident in having Underriner handle my future Service needs.
