Thank you ! Satisfied, had it towed in - I gave no explanation- it was covered under warranty and they figured it all out for me, then called me when it was ready :) thank you so much ! I’m a busy single parent and you guys made this all a good experience!! No complaints.

I made an appointment nearly a week in advance. Upon arriving I was told several walk ins arrived ahead of me and would delay my oil change. It took an hour and 15 min where in the past I was in and out in about 30 min. Just a bit frustrating.
