They didn't wash my car when they were done, I received a call from a lady at underriner service and asked about the service and asked if they washed my car and I said no they didn't, she told me to come by something and they would wash it but it is a 20 mile drive one way to go back out.

Wrong vehicle information was entered. The service work order was for our 2016 pilot, under my husbands name, while the car we brought in was the 2017 Pilot, which should have both our names on file. This leaves the customer wondering how closely work order details are Checked, and questioning the "care"/quality of service and advise provided. We've purchased both vehicles from you and will say that the quality of the service department has progressively, and rapidly deteriorated following the loss of Darrell and Toby, then subsequently Jesse and Shaun. We hope the correction to the work orders has been made and that this doesn't happen again.

The car sat in the service bay for 15 minutes before it went in for an oil change even with an appointment. Ten minutes later the service advisor came looking for a different customer and thought I was the other person really in 10 minutes you forgot who I was. He didn’t apply to the coupon that I presented when I brought the car in. When it was done it was brought outside and nobody came to get me for 10 minutes until I came looking because I needed to go. Very disappointed.
