No communication at all. It took multiple phone calls to reach the proper service rep. Original service that was to be performed did not occur and I wasn’t told otherwise until I picked up the vehicle.

It took 3 hours to have the tires changed which was kind of long, but the professionalism of the staff was very good. It was just a longer wait than expected.

Upon arrival I waited about five minutes before I was even spoken to. The lady that helped me was on the phone but at least six others walked by and no one spoke to me. There was an oil service and two recall items. They estimated four hours to complete and after six hours, almost the end of the day I’d heard nothing so I called and was told to come any time.

Cheryl was absolutely wonderful to work with and very understanding. I appreciate her so much, and could tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The main frustration was that we paid for a new battery without the battery being the actual issue. That left us with little confidence in your shop's diagnostics process, and now we need to take my vehicle to a different shop to start the process over.

I had a scheduled appointment at 9:00 for a recall issue. I checked in at 8:55. I received a text stating that my vehicle check in was complete. I was told the service would take 3 hrs. I tried calling the service center around 1:00 no one answered, finally was able to leave a message. I texted the service center at 1:30 asking for an update. They responded about an hour later stating the service team hoped to be done in the next few hours. I finally got my vehicle at 3:45.

Cheryl Trotter was very kind and very helpful she seemed to be the only one working, two girls looked up at me when I walked in but did not wait on me. Once Cheryl was done with her client she then helped me. Even though I had an apt there was know where to pull up or park waited atleast mins before I was waited on! Once my car was pulled in it went smooth from there. Cheryl Trotter was very kind and very thorough and appreciated her customer service.
