All is good

I could not have gotten through this repair without Emily. She was great and I am truly satisfied with the work done on my car. She cares very much for her customers.

No feedback about my vehicle despite saying an inspection was done. No reminder tag or sticker for my next oil change. Not very impressed tbh

My appointment was for 12 noon. I waited for an hour before checking and was told it would be another 30 minutes before I received an answer. Then I was told that tests could not be run unless the gas tank was less than a quarter tank. I was left with no answers and felt like I wasted my time with no resolution.

Waited for almost 10 minutes to be recognized even when 3 associates had walked by me. Then waited over 15 minutes after my car was pulled around front to get checked out. Emily was unaware how to use the system and did no cross selling with me.

Excellent experience. Would love to had more workers at drop off. Had to wait 10-15 minutes just to hand over the keys. Other than that,wonderful.

Cheryl was very lovely and answered all of my questions! My frustration came with the delay in my service and lack of communication. Cheryl explained everything and I will happily drop my car off to be served next week.

The shop was busy but Emily made time for me and I was pleased with the service which was done sooner than I expected

I have brought my car in multiple times with the same complaint, all the warnings are seeing off. I spent over $14k total in trying to repair it. I paid underriner over $8k to replace my engine and get the warning lights off. It didn't even last two months. I brought it back and was told it wasn't part of the warranty for the new engine even though it's the same issue but a little different symptoms. I took it somewhere else IMMEDIATELY after it was fixed and they said our was already throwing error codes again. I hadn't even driven it one mile. I followed up with a call on a Friday to express how upset I was, and the lady said the service manager wasn't there. No surprise. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in service. She took my name and number and said he would call Monday. He did not. Every repair I've received from a Honda dealership including underriner was subpar. The only positive part of my experience was working with Cheryl. At least she does what she can to help the customer feel taken care of.

No communication at all. It took multiple phone calls to reach the proper service rep. Original service that was to be performed did not occur and I wasn’t told otherwise until I picked up the vehicle.

She's great. She deserves a raise.
