We were extremely satisfied that the service took 4 hours instead of 6.
Never was told by staff or tech that battery failed load test. The staff said something after requested a tech because the vehicle wouldn’t start. Staff insisted that it was an alternator but was not a certified tech to say so. Staff was asked when checking vehicle in to replace drivers side wiper but that task was not completed. Made an appointment to have oil change and that was onlything completed that took 2 + hrs to complete. Usually when vehicle is serviced the outside is washed and that was not completed. Service was not good and will be looking at taking vehicle to Bozeman or Helena for future service. This **** as it takes 2 to 3 hrs drive then and money for food and lodge but feel might get better service. When making appointment never could get scheduled by phone had to stop by shop in person. I have bought two vehicles with you place of business and have seen customer service go down hill. Wish the staff well but will be looking at other Hondas for future services. Thank you.
I left a message to have your company call and I did not get a call back. Poor customer service. When I had to call again, no apology and she was rude. She asked me what I was bringing the car in for and I said a recall. I was unable to remember both issues and I asked her if she could look in the computer. She acted like I was an imposition. I won’t recommend your dealership/service center to anyone!!!!

Was told there was a key fob available to be programmed for vehicle. Vehicle was there 24 hours and no key fob. Every time o called to check on progress of service was told ‘it’s almost ready - not quite.’ Was not informed there was no key fob available and nothing was done for vehicle until I went to pick it up. Very poor unreliable information - service. Not impressed at all.
I had an appointment for a factory recall. Not only did the service department fix the factory recall, but also did complete check of my Passport. Fluids, filters and tire pressure plus others were all checked and or topped off. I really appreciate this extra effort.

For yellow or red checkmarks on inspection, add specific note to support it. e.g. Don’t know what fluids drove a yellow check mark.

Treated me fairly with charges. Thought we needed new spark plugs but inspection showed plugs still good. Minimal labor charge and parts charge (gasket) was waived. Very pleased.
I live in Red Lodge and my battery went dead on Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, I went to NAPA and they needed to order my battery. I couldn’t wait so I called Honda, they had the battery and got me in tight away. Great customer service.
I have had my car in there twice now and both times they have not washed it. I thought when I bought my car they said when it comes in we will wash it for you. I guess not.
Also my phone keeps losing the connection in Car play. No one there has ever heard of this but I’ve talked to other Honda owners and theirs does the same thing.
