I appreciated the discounts Emily was offered to give me and I also appreciated her quick response when the rear view mirror came apart and she switched loaner cars for me; I also appreciated the loaner car although I still like my CRV better for getting into. I also liked Emily’s southern accent.

I called to have a specific repair done an oil change and a diagnostic test I am on vacation and my son was late for work picking up because none of the repairs were done just the oil and he knew I’d be upset

It was a quick, easy and costly fix and I am thankful for that. When I drove it home today I felt like it was a brand new car - with 190,000 miles on it. Appreciated the courtesy car so very much as I had to catch a ride into town and struggled trying to get out to the dealership.
One hint: when the customer lives out of town, communication is very important.

I am going on an extended road trip and I checked my oil and saw it was dirty and thought it would be a good idea to get it changed before we left. Knowing I didn't have an appointment, I took a chance and called to see about getting it changed before our trip. A very nice lady answered and said to come in in the morning and we will work you in and they did! They also did an all point inspection! This is why we like Underriner Honda. We bought 2 cars from them last year and 3 more in years past. You have always treated us good and we tell all our friends about you guys!
