do not use the address you used, use I have a old flip phone and it does not do well with texts, etc I will be able to answer an e-mail on my computer.

The issue came back after a few miles were put on it. When I took a look under the hood at what your mechanics replaced I noticed missing bolts, loose bolts, and the air intake tube not secured properly. Very sloppy and lazy of your so called professional mechanics. I will be in contact.

My work schedule changed in the minutes before I checked my truck in for service. At check-in I told them the time I needed to leave their shop to get to work on time. They didn't make a fuss, or give me a hassle, they just went to work rearranging their schedule and doing their best to provide me quality service and get me going on time. Loved it!

Bent front license plate which was not bent when I took it in. Mechanic friend said it can happen when doing oil change.I've never had it happen before. It should have been straightened. It's still bent

I made an appointment for an oil change and waited almost 3 hours for the service to be completed. I think they could tell I was upset, so they didn’t charge me, but I think it is a little ridiculous to wait that long for an oil change.!!
