After receiving my invoice, I had to call in regard to being charged for something that was under my warranty. Had I not been charged completely aware, I would have been charged $1100 instead of the $140.

Cause of engine problem not found as no error codes found due to loss of power to vehicle secondary to loose positive battery clamp. Error codes were not retained due to power loss. Took vehicle home in hopes of problem recurring in order to record error codes & finding source of problem.

Thank you for fixing my crv. My only complaint is I oringally was dealing with a different service manager which no is no longer employed. I had scheduled to bring my vehicle in and get a loaner. I drove 1.5 hours and there wasn't a loaner. So I had to drive back 1.5 hours. So when I came a 2nd time I called for a loaner but none were available and was told I would be called if one was available. Never got a call and drove 1.5 hours and my wife followed. Walked in and was told a loaner was avaliable but never got a call saying that. Again at this time I was dealing with a different service manager which is no longer employed or in a different postion. I feel the cost is spot on. Better than I can get locally where I live

The only comment I would have is my service advisor was not available for checkout luckily there was somebody else there who did take care of it, and they were very efficient and took care of everything. Look forward to my next service appointment.
