I had a coupon that was for and oil change, tire rotation and brake check,
The oil change was completed ok but they did not rotate the tires or check on brakes.
Your costs for starter was too high priced.

I had an appt at 10:00. When I pulled up, there were seven cars ahead of mine in the bay. What is the point of having an appt if there are going to be cars ahead of me like that. My car didn’t get completed until 1:30. That’s way too long for an oil change. Luckily I found a ride or I would have been waiting for 3 and a half hours. When I did pull up to check in my car, I could tell that the service was complete but no one had contacted me. Just getting the final paperwork done took 20 minutes of standing there and waiting. We normally get in and out and have a pleasant experience. Today was a mess!

My appointment was set for 10 AM and I parked my car inside the service entrance at 10AM. I sat in the waiting area until 11:24 AM. When I checked on the status of my repairs, my car was still sitting at the same location where I initially parked it. Then I was told that I should leave the car for the day and a courtesy car would drop me off wherever I needed to be. Why did I need an appointment if there was a need to have my car for the full day until a tech could work on it. My auto is a 2025 Honda CRV. It is under warranty. Problem is with navigation system. Was told that there is no software update available. They did a reset which took 5 minutes and that was it. My time is valuable and totally dissatisfied with the services. More to say if someone wants to call me for clarification.
Yes and no. Yes for your honesty about the stripped bolts on the pan. You could have never told us and we wouldn’t have known the difference. The other part is that someone managed to strip the bolts. That is just a mistake by a tech. I would like to say I have never done that, but that’s why I own a tap and die set. So at the end of the day; all the rest of the service was a 10-and thanks for the honesty. ????

I understand that yiu are going through some service policy changes and getting things worked out —. I arrived at 10:30 for what was normally an appointment that normally in the past took 1:45- 2 hrs max —- I might was driving out around 1:30-1:40 —. This appt was the routine for just a fluid change snd tire balance. Also the wrong invoice was attached to my bill —I noticed that the incorrect credit card # was listed! I called about this and the Setvice Rep, Emily said it was corrected and to tear up the invoice that was attached to my work order! —. I will call
My credit card company ti make sure the correct amt was billed to my a/c—- I hope you can get your service staff back to its normal smooth service. I love my Honda!
The Underriner service department is very efficient.
I would expect nothing less from a Honda dealership.
Having said that, why does everyone expect praise for doing their job well?
To me, that is the expectation.
