**** got me in straight away, and a service that was originally predicted to take three hours, took only 70 minutes. What a relief to have my car for the rest of the day and not have to worry about retrieving it later. **** was personable, knowledgeable, and accurate regarding his timeline. Great experience.

Excellent service and discussion as I came in with an emergency, being on a road trip from out of state. Appreciated the help and general appraisal of my situation and even was able share something new with the mechanic (Honda 5-speed MT’s are standard 6-speeds with a spacer instead of 6th gear.

Am very happy with the service at my last appointment.
We came for change oil and inspection service for our brand new car since it has been 6 months after purchased (we followed the manual given to us). Left our car to do some errands and came back after an hour without knowing that they didn’t do change oil since it’s still 50%. They just informed us right there. Hoping next time they will call us to inform and ask for confirmation if we will or not do change oil since we live almost 4 hours aways from Billings. They want us to be back if the oil is 15%. But anyway, we will come back again.
The 2 hour appointment ended up being almost 4. I was waiting for it to be done and it was rather a waste of time.
I don't feel like the investigated the rattle problem, I heard it all the way home. You need to get on the freeway and go 70mph. We do long distance driving and hear it all the time
Marcus was wonderful. He informed me of services available, like tire rotation (which I declined because we will swap to with a studded set soon). He went through the final report with me.
Marqus was friendly, helpful when answering my questions, and demonstrated that he listened to my concerns. I enjoyed working with him.
