I talked with two service people about a rattle in the back seat of my car and asked them to check it and fix it. They did not do that.And when asked about it had no reply.

Nobody answers the phone when I call. I've called no less than a dozen times and maybe 25% of the time someone picks up. The Tech tried to deny warranty coverage on a defective body panel by suggesting my wife ran over a rock or curb, despite ZERO evidence of damage. I've been waiting on parts for several weeks. Was supposed to get a call to schedule follow-up service when parts arrived. That never happened. I had to call again, only to learn that the parts had been sitting there for a week! Who knows how long I would be waiting if I hadn't called again.

I had scheduled just an oil change, they asked if I wanted my tires rotated, I asked if they had time, they said absolutely. Fast, friendly service, they went over the whole inspection. He walked me to my car took the paper floor mat and the plastic cover off the seat. Thanked me for trusting them with my car.

I was not completely satisfied at first. But after visiting with Marqus, he answered my questions and concerns. It seemed he was in a bit of a rush, trying to inform me of everything but then missed a couple things. I feel he just needs to take a breath, slow down a bit to relay all the information needed.

I resent being pressured to provide unqualified satisfaction with the service department. The pressure interferes with my relationship with the local dealership and decreases my enjoyment of the maintenance experience.

Marqus was polite and professional and helpful. He was diligent about communicating with me while my car was at Underriner and proactively scheduled a future appointment for me so I could avoid a long wait should I need another appointment. I was unhappy that the warranty that I purchased when I bought my car at Underriner was not honored.

My scheduled 2 p.m. oil change took 2 hours. I was expecting 30 to 45 minutes with a scheduled appointment but 2 hours. No explanation why the oil change took this long. Scheduled accordingly for oil changes. Thanks

I dropped my car off for a B 12 service and came to pick up my car and was told that they rotated and balanced my tires and were charging me for it. Thank goodness that Marqus was there and helped us and remove those charges. I find it very unethical that your service team would say that we needed that done considering we had just bought those tires 4 weeks prior at Discount tire and they were already balanced. There should be no scamming of customers and that is what your crew tried to do to make more money. I will be very leary taking my car there for more maintenance and will keep a close eye on charges that are not warranted or even discussed which is also what happened. There was no discussion of rotating and balancing tires. I’m very disappointed in your team. I’m very thankful to Marqus and the work he did to investigate and have the charges removed. He is a wonderful addition to your service team.
