Issue wasn’t resolved. We asked them to fix a plate/splashguard that was left hanging /dangling and look for a leak after recent oil change. No leak was indentified and the plate wasn’t fixed upon picking it up.

Mark said that they didn't have time to rotate the tires on my oil change multi-point inspection. I was wondering if I could come and at the opening of business tomorrow morning and get them rotated. It was suggested during the multipoint inspection. Thank you

Overall service was great! Unfortunately, the reason we initially came in was for an oil change. I noticed a few days after the service was done that the oil level of our vehicle was still at 50% and should’ve been changed back to 100%. I left a voicemail from Marquis but have not heard back yet.
