I was 1000% impressed with ****’s customer care. I had an emergency brake & struts situation w/my 2011 Odyssey on my cross-country (WA-to-VA) drive. With his cheerful can-do approach, he not only got me into the schedule but also figured out the most likely possibilities based on his outstanding technical knowledge. He worked closely with the tech to get a diagnosis/resolve the situations. The struts issue was a problem I’d had for 2-3 years but 3 other Honda service centers in TX, CO, WA had not been able to diagnose correctly. **** kept me fully informed w/regular communications. (He also got me set up with your shuttle service to take me to my hotel, which was a God-send, as it was booked earlier & was downtown.) **** is an absolute gem; you’ve got solid gold with him!
