Work was done that wasn’t needed as I was told the repair that was requested wasn’t the problem. When I picked up the car the issue was still not mitigated and the employee said the original work requested was what needs to be fixed. Very bad service

They did a very good job, were fast, courteous, and professional. We appreciated the courtesy ride while we waited also. The young man who waited on us did an excellent job but needed a little training. Because he wasn’t trained in how to search the database Honda was wanting to redo an expensive maintenance issue that had already been done. We have had our Passport serviced at several dealerships so it can be confusing. We had to call Cheyenne, who helped us with the issue. Lesson learned. Thank you for your excellent service and for washing our car. Such a nice touch. Not all dealerships do that.

**** was amazing, start to finish!! Highly satisfied with his serive and help. My salesman on the other hand, not such a good experience and will never recommend him to anyone ever!! **** and Ali both have been top notch and amazing with all my issues that I needed help with!
