Staff today were great. I was there a few weeks ago for oil change and safety inspection. Had no knowledge you ceased checking brakes until I had issue with brakes. That is a HUGE disappointment as I have always relied on safety inspections.

**** was so incredibly helpful. He has a great and pleasant attitude. I felt like he truly wanted to help me get the best care for my vehicle while also trying not to destroy me financially. I may have walked in the door feeling like it was time to move on from Honda after needing repeat major repairs in less than 5 years, but by the time I left, **** made me feel like I still belong in a Honda.

I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30 to have my oil changed. I arrived at 9:26 and joined the line for the service center. There was a woman in front of me. They processed her check-in and then attended to me. After checking me in, I found myself waiting for an hour and a half, with my car sitting there with the hazard lights on, having not moved since I checked in. The woman who was ahead of me at checkout began chatting with me in the waiting area. She had a 10 o'clock appointment but was assigned my 9:30 slot. By this time, I had been waiting for nearly 2 hours with no progress on my vehicle. I inquired about when my car would be serviced, given my 9:30 appointment. They informed me that the lady in front of me was currently being attended to and that they would get to me next. I then asked how long that would take, and they replied it would be 2 hours. So, is it now taking 4 hours to change the oil in a car? I had other commitments, so I asked what could be done to expedite my service. They responded that they would change the oil, but that would be all; they wouldn't perform any checks on the car, change filters, or top off fluids—nothing at all. At this point, I decided to leave because it seemed that appointment times held no significance, and I would be waiting for 4 hours. They completed the oil change in 20 minutes and brought my car up. I checked to ensure it was full and then departed. I have leased 5 Hondas and have only owned Hondas, and I have never encountered an issue like this before. Why schedule appointments if they are not going to be honored? Why would you prioritize someone else's car over the person with the scheduled appointment that was scheduled to take place 30 minutes before? They told the gal with the car ahead of mine “no one is here, so we will get you in”. I was there, right behind her in the line waiting to be checked in, 4 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Additionally, it does not take 2 hours to change the oil. My father has worked on cars my entire life, and I have witnessed it firsthand. There is no justification for what transpired today. I will not return. My lease ends in 6 months, and while I will be getting another Honda, you will not be receiving my business.
