Uninformed, uneducated, ill prepared to work with customers. A poor experience across the board. Additionally, I had requested the back wiper blade be replaced which wasn’t done. I declined 2500$ worth of additional work which I think is probably necessary because I didn’t trust him. It’s unfortunate because my experience with the body shop was great.

I was very impressed with Marqus Leal. He was courteous and listened to what I had to say. He was able to get my Honda Pilot recall completed as well as my oil change. He kept me updated and informed. I was very impressed with this young man! Thank you, Marqus!
