I came to your service area with a battery problem. My car would not start after sitting 2-3 days and I’d have to jump start it. I took it to my mechanic here in Dillon and he advised me on a test that could be done. He showed me how something was drawing power from the battery. I requested a parasitic draw test and it was done at your service area. They found nothing and said it was nothing. I requested they do it again. Mr **** obliged, with the same results. I took the receipt and my car and left. After looking on the receipt, I found 4 discrepancies…. Wrong color, wrong year of my vehicle, wrong mileage, and wrong VIN number. I took my car back and asked for everyt hin g be done over as it obviously wasn’t my car. The service man was upset and said the mistakes were a software issue and that it happened often. He got impatient with me and said they would retest but it takes 4 hours. I said to do it. Lo and behold, I had a battery problem like I had said the day I took it in (Friday, Oct 24) and they had the car until Tuesday (Oct 28). The problem was with the colder temps and the battery. I was very disappointed to be treated like an old gray haired lady who didn’t know what I was talking about. Unless it’s an emergency, I will not be back to Underriner Honda!! And, I suggest you “fix” your software.
