I got my oil changed and assume the air filter was replaced.Then, I saw a video of my air filter and ask the question, what is that?I wish somebody would have told me.I needed to have that replaced

I like the good report on the car's electrical system. I appreciated the courtesy ride to Sam's club and when Pete came to pick me up. He helped me load my groceries and then when we got back, he helped me put things in my car. The service department was awesome, as was Pete, the courtesy driver.

The radio was fixed to my satisfaction. I did not ask that the rubber around the passenger mirror on my vehicle be removed nor fixed. It was removed and destroyed. Such dishonesty. It will cost much more to fix with the damage. I only had to purchase one part. I now have to replace all parts.

Took a long time, than they estimated over $3000 in repairs they said needs done, 1 of which was changing fluid in the rear differential, odd as it is only a front wheel drive, and I don't know why the car wash always bends my front license plate, they could take it off and straighten it, guess I'll have to do it again.

It took over an hour to tell me that the clip on my rear view mirror needed to be replaced and that they would have to order the part. It took way to long to tell me that they couldn't fix a somewhat easy diagnosis. Disappointed and frustrated...over an hour to tell me that??
