We waited over 3 hours for service on one vehicle. Oil change and diagnostic for a thermostat. Either one was taken care of. We had to make an appointment. We are half an hour away from the service department. We were the first there and last to leave. They charged me over $400.00. Appointment was for 1 pm we got out at 4:40. Great service.
