You had my vehicle for a month. You held it a week extra because you could not seem to make the keys that I requested. I picked up the car without the extra keys went up the street to the local Locksmith and they made my key extra keys for me. Your service department ****.

I had made a service appointment with the AI receptionist but when I got to Underriner my name was not on the schedule. They went ahead and fit me in and instead of the two hour estimate, it only took one. I drive in from Parkdale so it was really appreciated.
Todd was very quick to help me out with an issue with my vehicle that had a sensor issue. He was also able to get me my door code that I didn’t have.
Plate was down within 2 hrs, the other side this time.

Im used to getting my coolant, washer fluids ed & brak brake fluids off at no extra charge. Also my truck got washed. All this was done in 45 min.I was there for almost a hour and a half.

Had problems since I purchased my vehicle in July 2025. Drove it off the lot and didn’t make it 5 miles down the road before the check engine light came on. Then it spent 2 weeks in the shop. I was asked 3 separate times for my address so my plates could get delivered. Issues there. Finally got my plates in April 2026. Started driving my vehicle on Friday, didn’t make it 20 miles before I got a message that my coolant level was low (after a service/flush of said fluids). Unprofessional employees make me not want to take my vehicle to this location. Battery needed to be replaced after less than a year of driving. Overall, on par for the quality of service people can expect in 2026.
Appreciate the concern on items that needed attention. Very satisfied with work that was done. The service department was friendly and courteous. Thumbs up!!
My vehicle had been done but I wasn't notified. When I asked about the status of the car, I was informed the man that would help me had left to give someone a ride. The first man I talked to wouldn't look up the info and passed it on to the next guy who was very helpful and looked up the info, said my car was done and was in the parking lot. I do not want to be contacted regarding this.
