Your Service manager however is another story altogether.
I dont feel my issue and options were explained to me at all. Only option provided was to get new engine for 20,000. No option to investigate more to fix. I will likely not return for fixes in future.

My only one concern was there were footprints all over the back of the rig after I picked it up and I was told not to touch it for 24 hours so now everybody’s awesome in there and I’m sure it will wash off

Everything was great; the appt process was awesome with the new AI assistant. The part that was a bummer is that I initially asked for a tire rotation but when I checked in I asked that they not rotate the tires. When I was was driving home I saw on the receipt that the tires were indeed rotated and I was charged for it.
The service team went above and beyond great service. After Merle chased down the issue, Trevor made us feel like our issue would be solved and Paul made sure it was solved. Great work as a team and especially our thanks to Paul for top notch work and advise.

Your service team, including Merle is top-notch. They communicate well and went above and beyond to get it done in one day on the other hand your phone system is atrocious. The AI does not seem to work and you can’t get a confirmation that you’re gonna get a call back. I left multiple messages and never got a return call. Once I went out and spoke to Merle directly everything got done promptly. If I were you I would scrap your damn phone system.
If the power warranty doesn’t cover this fix, I wish I would never bought a vehicle from you guys. That’s the whole reason I bought this vehicle. Also the thing that ticked me off was I let you guys know it had transmission problems and you guys had me tow it to your shop knowing you don’t have the right tools, and you charged me until I called the manager and demanded not to pay for it. I just hope Chevy can fix a problem and warranty covers it. I’ve had issues in the past where you guys left the oil drain plug loose. I had my spark plugs and cables change there not even 10 miles and it was misfiring. You guys are always booked 2 to 3 weeks for an oil change. That’s what caused me to go to a different dealership for oil change now I see you guys do that so you can blame other dealerships. Videos and reports are gathering up to see who **** up.
We are not satisfied. We told them we needed the truck back no later than the 10th and they let us believe they could do that. We dropped it off on the 28th of May so they could work it in to see what was needed. We were to have an appointment on the 8th of June to actually work on it. We were texted on the 29th with what was wrong and we told them to order the part. We were told it would be done on the 5th of June. We went in on June 1st and applied for financing. At that point Todd stated it was an 8 hour job so we couldn't pick it up until the morning of the 8th. It wasn't done, put off 3 more times messed up vacation and still don't have our truck. It has been 3 weeks. We have been doing business with this company for 51 years and are not happy.
