Mearle (I’m sorry if I messed up the spelling) has always been wonderful! I bought my Nissan (5yrs ago) & have only serviced through them. He still always remembers me ! Everyone else at the Nissan/ford service department is fabulous! I look forward to having all my service done there. It’s nice to know that I can trust them as a gal who knows nothing about cars. Thank you to a man named Kevin who did my last oil change! YOU ARE SO APPRECIATED! ????

Actually I am generally pleased with the service. All your people are great. The only problem was that I dropped the truck off 45 minutes early and it still took nearly 5 hours. I understand that things happen but it sat in the lot well past noon before it went into thes shop. Would have been good if the service writer would have let me know of the delay. That said I still appreciate doing business with you and will be back.

Todd was great however the other guy was preoccupied with his computer screen and not friendly …but the overall service and kindness made up for that minor complaint
