I appreciated that Mearl called me back as I struggled with the AI chat bot scheduler. He got me scheduled quickly and out as promised.
Mearl is always kind and helpful to me, answering any questions I have that may sound silly to others - he answers with patience. I feel that he genuinely cares for his customers.
Appt time was at 1130 but when I arrived was told it would be 3hr wait not happy but they got it done for me thank you
Service was fine but customer service was poor & I never got a straight answer. Miss the past group & will be looking for a new dealership.
Mearle (I’m sorry if I messed up the spelling) has always been wonderful! I bought my Nissan (5yrs ago) & have only serviced through them. He still always remembers me ! Everyone else at the Nissan/ford service department is fabulous! I look forward to having all my service done there. It’s nice to know that I can trust them as a gal who knows nothing about cars.

Actually I am generally pleased with the service. All your people are great. The only problem was that I dropped the truck off 45 minutes early and it still took nearly 5 hours. I understand that things happen but it sat in the lot well past noon before it went into thes shop. Would have been good if the service writer would have let me know of the delay. That said I still appreciate doing business with you and will be back.

Todd was great however the other guy was preoccupied with his computer screen and not friendly …but the overall service and kindness made up for that minor complaint
