Not satisfied with the outcome of the appointment due to lack of communication between management, administrative, and service.
The appointment was a waste of time for myself and the service personnel.
Mearl Billings is an individual who is pleasant to work with.
The service department would not answer their phone, and would not return call after a message left for them. Very poor work ethic. Very poor civil service. When I leave a message and ask for a return call to find out the status of my vehicle, that is what I expect. I do not like to be ignored!!!

I was treated very well when I checked. Then when I had a question about my service Todd went over each thing that was serviced on my van. Then Todd went over items that would need attention in the future. We scheduled an appointment to take care of these services. I felt informed about my vans needs after talking with Todd. Thank you
I’ve been using the service department for more than 10 years and have purchased about 20 vehicles. I have always been treated like crap. We were told to get our truck off the lot yesterday when we tried to drop it off as they said. I had to call my contact on the sales team to assist me with getting my truck looked at, which isn’t the first time I’ve had to call the sales team to get the service department to treat me fairly.
Was not called when truck was done, truck was left outside AND unlocked over the weekend. Service writer is completely confused on who’s vehicle it’s who’s. Only part of the work was performed that was supposed to be completed, probably won’t be bringing my truck out any other company trucks back to this location. Over all poor customer care.
I checked-in at 11:30 for a scheduled oil change. Waited 2 1/2 hours for my car to get done. I have used Ray Schultens since 2010 for oil changes and have never had such poor service. I will probably not return.
