Truck was called in for an emissions recall for a software update. I had no codes and truck was running just fine prior to this update being done. Once the update was done, truck was placed into limp mode. A truck that was running just fine and now has a Def resonator failure. It is all computer talk and took place after this update. Because this happened at your dealership I feel betrayed and that my truck is now being held hostage for a repair that up until the software update was not needed. A free recall update that is now costing me over $2000. How convenient. My trust is now broken and since I have now hit my mileage for the extended warranty that was purchased with the truck when the dealership was Ray Schultens. I will be taking all my Ford needs to another dealership or privately owned shop. I will recommend to all my coworkers and friends to not bring in vehicles for this recall update and to choose their servicing locations wisely. This bill has devastated my family for the holidays and is having me reschedule my work to accommodate a down vehicle that was running great prior to this recall update.

We have been there 4 or 5 times in the past 18 months. I have to have a quote. The quote was accurate on this last time. It was completed in a timely manner. When I asked how long an oil change takes. I was given an hour by one person the next person said 2 hours.
I often feel like I am bothering the gentleman at the counter. I had to ask if they found any issues and wasn’t given a check list of what was checked.

So far so good, to early to tell if any problem. Just took to long to get it in and fixed. But so fat happy with the service performed and thanks to Sid for keeping me posted up.
It was not the technicians fault but I was scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving at 10 am and I finally called to find out where they were after 2-2:30 hours past my appointment time with no notification of them running late. I know when you're short handed it is a pain to stop and call. But it would have made a world of difference to me if they had just taken the few moments to call and say hey sorry we are running a bit behind, but still going to show up as soon as we can. Even if they didn't have an eta.
Other than that was happy with the technician that came out he was friendly and polite! Thank you

I didn't feel like anything was explained to me at all. Usually when I go other places for an oil change, they Also inspect my tires and fluids and talk to me about everything. This guy didn't barely talk to us. That is something I'm not used too. I don't even know how to really read the receipt. Was not told ahead of time about the misc. Fee and tax. When I asked about the price, I was told 89.95. Nobody told me it was going to be more then then. Shouldn't you guys tell us everything went well or nit. Something!

I had two issues only one was addressed.The horn was fixed. Was told the battery needed to be replaced.However it tested fine. My issue was with the cars software that I had to reset three times by disconnecting the battery to reset it.
Every effort to accommodate my current disability and much less wait for tire exchange than other local businesses.
Polite and helpful.kept me informed to the process.
