I usually love the team at Underriner from sales to service everyone is great! However my car was taken in Monday for an oil change and I had also spoken with Sid prior to the oil change to confirm that they could also test my tire pressure sensor because my fault light was on. Sid told me they would look at the sensors, and they did not and I had to go back in only to find out the sensor needs replaced. This is not the first time I have had an issue with Sid. I had issues with Sid with my last vehicle and again with this vehicle. I cannot trust my vehicle in Sid’s hands. I will continue taking my car to undertones for servicing as the rest of the team is great. But moving forward if Sid is handling any part of my service from booking to diagnosis to actually working on the vehicle I will start taking my business elsewhere. Trevor and Jake and the technicians at ford service are all amazing, but I REFUSE to ever work with Sid again.

My truck was taken care of and thr wait was nit that long
I made an appointment to come in and have a recall done on my vehicle. I came in at 9am and was told it would be 2 hours…. 2 hours passed and I questioned how much longer, was told they waiting on part. Why not have the part there, knowing I’m coming? Long story short… I didn’t leave until 3pm. I even asked for a loaner car to just be able to leave the property to get food. Nope!!!! My entire day wasted!!!!!! When it was supposed to take 2 hours! Very very poor customer service. Terrible experience!! Do better please. Very disappointing
Sid has always been the best service writer in his field. He's knowledgeable and explains everything clearly and honestly. He deserves to be acknowledged for doing so well. (Whatever he's earning in wages should be increased)
