I think it would be great if you would cover the driver seat and floor mat with some kind of protection so the vehicle stays clean from grease etc. It would also be nice if someone would walk out to the vehicle with the costumer and take those things out before they leave. I know some dealerships also give out a free car wash card after each service as well.
Appreciate the quick repair considering the poor road conditions.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear my truck was done as quick as it was. Sid does take a bit to understand. He was pretty mundane in all interactions. I’d prefer a bit more congeniality, but maybe I expect more being in the customer service industry. Thank you

While almost everything went very well I was a little disappointed to have my tire pressure lights turn on while driving home. You guys rotated the tires and left the front tires at the rocketed back tire pressure and vs verse. This resulted in me having to go directly into fixing the tire pressures in the rain. This should be a standard practice in my opinion. Please check tire pressure at each service. Especially when you rotate them. The only other criticism I have is my battery was basically dead and had I not approached Sid about the issue I would have left with a dead weak battery. When I asked him about it he said it was super difficult to change in my vehicle and it would not be fun. So if that’s the case bring it up. This added some $200+ to my service which I imagine is a win for the business. Maybe I am wrong but I service 2 different vehicles there solely and the result is a heavy amount of money being invested in your service business. While I understand this is a busy time of year and I do able the service I receive it would be nice to feel that all boxes are being checked and I am not being left with more to do still when I leave. Especially as we enter winter and no one wants to deal with dead batteries and any potentials road side problems. Thanks for what you do and I will continue to support the business. I just hope that more attention can be paid to the small details as it goes a long way with me as I am in sales/service as well. Happy holidays.
