Always easy to have my car serviced here. Sid already had my service request pulled up when I dropped my car off, and had my key and service report on the desk when I returned. Real quick, no pressure service.

Brought the van in for Ford Recalls and was told the parts were there, but they were not there and now need to bring the van back another time - took 3 plus hours of our time to do this and need to do it all over again after specifically asking if parts were available for the recall - really disappointed in the lack of communication and the waste of time which is still ongoing.

I had scheduled an oil change for 11 am on 3/21/202. I sat there for 2 hours and 45 minutes waiting for an oil change. The display of disregard and disrespectful treatment I received when inquiring on my vehicle is disgusting. This is the first time I have used the service center and I am concerned about future visits due to the warranty I purchased. Being a manager of a convenient store I can honestly say this was the worst display of customer service. This was a very disappointing experience that I hope no other customer has to experience

Sid is great. I appreciate him helping me today. With that being said, Underriner should consider more coupons given the $185 shop rate. I can't afford to have my vehicle serviced here anymore. This is not Sids fault. He did great today.
