The lack of providing service, managing expectations or caring about my needs forced me to move the vehicle to a different provider. For one week the vehicle sat with no analysis of the problem being done. It clear there is a significant back log of vehicles and managers and owner of dealership don’t seem to provide resources to deal with back log. This was a sub standard experience that I should have never experienced. I will be reporting this experience to the Ford Corporation and recommending the dealership be closed or sold to new owners that care about ford customers.

Just found out the filter is leaking oil. One of my employees noticed the dripping on the concrete and he had to crawl underneath and tighten it up.

People make such a difference. It would be worthwhile to purchase a Ford simply to be able to work with the people at Underriner Ford. Jake made getting my car serviced a pleasant convenient event. Finding out that my dog would be welcome is a game changer as well. Keep up the greatness.
