I appreciate this opportunity to explain myself and hopefully come to soft landing. I originally dropped off my car and I had budget of $600. We went over my approved budget it’s ok as long as my car is fixed but then I was told that I could not pick up my car until balance was paid. I was very disappointed because it took me a month to pay it off that is a long time to go without my car. Then the battery was dead from the dome light left on. Sid said oh well your battery was old anyways. It no longer holds a charge. The car was not finished emergency lights still flashing. How could it cost that much to get it out of theft mode. When I called about continued issues Sid did not return my calls. I finally was told what I originallly said was wrong with the car when I dropped it off. I could have did this repair of jumpering wires myself not really dealership quality work. I understand there are two sides to every story so I’ve been reluctant to complain to management or online because I’m former Gresham Ford employee and want to see you guys succeed. To be honest after this repair I’m left dissatisfied dissatisfaction unresolved issues feeling like I’m not valued or trusted as a customer. I hope this sheds some light on the ball being dropped on this account and prevent further damage with future customers. The transmission service I requested and scheduled was for fluid AND filter change. Just a fluid exchange was done. Jake kindly provided a small discount for the misunderstanding. Otherwise all good: friendly, timely.

I appreciate the phone call that there was a shortage of staff members and being informed that the oil change may at a little longer than normal. Jake was very polite and professional. I was very impressed that there was no delay due to the staffing shortage.
