Sid has always treated me good and i'll continue to do bisness with him. But I called earlier in the day and was pushed thru the automated system and i left a message for Sid to call me reguarding the appointment. When I got to the dealership and asked Sid about it, he told me he never recieved a message. Please check into this and fix the flaw in that system. Thank you

They got them out of Portland in a very timely manner, we were able to get back on the road. And got us back on the road in less than 24 hours.
