Trevor and the team, were very helpful and fixed my car. My car had an error message and was hard to figure out where was coming from, but Trevor make sure that the problem was fixed, even when I had to take it back a couple times. This is why me and my family keep coming back and have for so long.

You had my car for two weeks and the issue is not solved. I rented a car during that time, and paid you extra money for additional diagnostic time, even though I told you what the issue was when I made the appointment. On top of all of that, your employee was rude when he gave the car back and told us that it was our fault that the car was broken because we were “filling the tank when it was already full” and that was causing the purge valve to have issues. I brought it to the fueling station this morning, and even though it only has a quarter of a tank of gas, it shuts off the gas pump as if it is full. The button inside still won’t open the fuel door and I have to open it manually. I told you all of this when I made the appointment. I am absolutely disgusted and I will never buy another car from Underreiner so that I don’t ever have to get it serviced with you again!
Also, your comment system **** because I already submitted one of these and it didn’t go through. Or if it did go through, it didn’t look like it did so I submitted a second one.

In the hours post oil change, I noticed the engine was reving funny. Took it to a buddy who is a mechanic and he was quickly able to identify that the air filter box was not put back together correctly thus air was not flowing properly to the engine. We were able to fix it ourselves. Also did a manual check of the cabin air filter and it definitely needed replacing.
Jake was very courteous and professional and is a valuable asset to your service dept. Jake was able to sqeeze my vehicle service in even though i showed up without a appointment.

Great service, everything clearly communicated and job finished earlier than expected.
Service was good as usual, however my appointment was scheduled for 1:10 and I arrived at approximately 1:00. After leaving for a walk I returned at 1:40 and my pickup was still parked where I had originally left it. My service representative said something had come up.
Sid then moved the rig into the service and got someone to start the service, I finally was given my paperwork, vehicle keys and left at 3:00.
