I always come to Ford to have my truck serviced. Mearle is very easy going. He is customer oriented and easy to talk to as a customer. Fords service keeps my 18 year old truck safely on the road. Great job team!

I asked for a tail light bulb to be changed. It wasn’t and Mr. Billings with Nissan changed it for us AFTER the fact. On the way home my tire pressure alert notice came on. I was half way home to Lyle and had to return to The Dalles. I went to Les Schwab and asked them to check. The gauge showed 80 psi on both front tires and 62 on both back tires. Les Schwab determined the tires were rotated but the pressure was not changed. I am pulling a 5th wheel trailer tomorrow and need 80 psi in the rear tires.
