I got a call saying “my battery needed replacement. When I came back to pick up my truck and was presevted with a bill for $700 for two batteries plus install. Felt like a slippey sale. Left me less then impressed.

Honestly one of the best experience at a dealer ship to date. I work in similar industry of customer service for the last 20years. Loyal to the brand and owner of black labels for 10yrs .. just want to say a what a hidden gem in Oregon the level of customer service SID gave me really makes you appreciate driving a Ford . I was just a walk-in oil change Let me say this service team here at the DALLES makes you feel you a part of there big FORD. family . THANK YOU EVRY ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPT !!!!

First time in. Had an appt to fix a warranty recall, 30,000 maintenance and an oil change. You had my van 8am-2:30pm. You agreed 3 times it would be done at 2pm. You couldn't find it when I came in at 2:30. You only did the oil change.
Sid was honest and helpful, unfortunately the light came back on, so ill be seeing him Monday! Lol
