Sid puts his whole heart into his job giving the best service he can. He has earned the trust of his customers. On my F250 they have really worked to find and fix an electrical problem. I thank the whole crew.

Sid is the service man. I call and he does whatever he can to get what is needed done promptly. I bought a new truck recently from there and was questioning my decision. Then dealing with Sid on my recalls made me feel like he actually cares about getting things corrected promptly. I have also witnessed him discuss with other customers about their repairs and he was courteous, patient and understanding. I am pretty knowledgeable coming from the automotive field and he has never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of a situation. Thanks Sid!
Your service department rework to fix a mistake on the original work cost me another $1250 in hotel, car rental, and airfare. Really put me in a tough spot.

Super service for a very busy guy. As far as my car, I like it so much, and my age, I haven’t even thought of changing. I’m in good shape, turning 90 in January, I’m thinking of riding this one out. However!!! I am in really good shape, and I may get pumped enough for “”one more” new automobile “. I ain’t quitting, so stay tuned!
